To-day I want to share a card I created for Winnie and Walter Stamps Birthday Challenge.

                            

Heather has presented a challenge called -Watercolor with a Twist Challenge 

 

 

 I made a watercolor background and then with pencil crayon I made a dark to light shaded die cut happy sentiment.
