Take Ten Magazine

The beautiful weather has now graced our area of the globe and shinning faces can be seen every where.  Hope your summer is starting early with all the gardening eye candy appearing as each day warms up.

Tombow and Unity Stamp Co.

Hello and Welcome to my blog.  How is your Spring like weather going?  It appears I am getting the seasonal mix which is fine and hopfully the weather warms up and we can all enjoy a wonderful summer.

To-days I would like to share a card I made for the Tombow and Unity Stamp Co.'s monthly challenge. 

 Really these two companies are some of my favorites....

Tombow has a challenge called May Flower Challenge.

So I got out my Tombow pencil crayons and created this stamped card coloring in the petals with Tombow Irojiten pencils..  Its a CAS card, as I need to put the card into the mail.

My card sketch is from the Unity Stamp Company card sketch  challenge #28.

Bohemian Style Jewelry

Trends are so much fun to follow and watch as they develop within all of the creative disciplines.  This past season I have been attracted to silver and black in the Bohemian creative jewelry discipline.  Here is one of my latest favorites that I seem to reach for when getting dressed to go out the door for the day.

Take some time out and create something that will make you happy.

April Showers Challenge by Tombow USA

Welcome to my blog and so happy to have created and posted this cute card on such a sunny warm day in my neighborhood.  Warm sunny days really bring on the mojo and creativity happens easily.

Tombow had a challenge called April Showers with a Black, White and a splash of Yellow color to welcome Spring.  

This card was a quick CAS design.

Kitchener Scrapfest April 11, 2015

April 10 and April 11th was the scrapbooker/cardmaker and multi media designers showcase weekend in Kitchener Ontario.  

Scrapfest has been an annual event in Kitchener where artist and scrapbook croppers meet, greet and share the love of the industry with passion artists throughout Ontario.

This is a photo of the CHA Canada Booth.  I had the pleasure of hosting this booth on-behalf of CHA Canada.

Friday, April 10th was a rainy cool day, so I just had to dress in light spring colors to warm the day up.  Here is a close up of the CHA Canada Poster we had on display in the booth.

Here is a photo of two beautiful happy people that were at the booth.  Sus Lamont was the proud winner of the Westcott Brands sponsored gift basket that representative Elizabeth Weait Glenday was happy to present to Sus.
